Rules to stay fit and healthy during rain at gym with Prime Fitness Gyms

Today gym is becoming the major hub for youth sometimes it because of the lifestyle they are living and sometimes to look similar to their role model in film industry and other are actually want to be fit and healthy, the reasons are many but single gym contains many dreams holding the hands of many people. Things need to done by gym:
·         Smell fresh: as the most common odor coming from the gym is sweat, sweat is natural while anyone working out no one has a control on it but things like air freshener, scented candles, air purifier are needed to take care for this as everyone wants to come at the place which smells great each and every moment of the day.
·          Clean: dirt is the repetitive problem of every gym, dirt which can be entered from a tiny whole and a big door it is unstoppable only thing can be done is cleaning of that dirt on regular basis, keeping air purifier so keep the air clean and neat so the members coming to gym will not be effected by that dirt and impure air.
·         Germs: sweat is not the only things that is coming with people different people have different type of problem or have germs on their body which is been dropped in gym so keeping the gym away from such germs every machine need to be sanitized.
·         Gym may also make some rules like outside shoes are not allowed on the workout place to get rid of dirt and germs.

Gym is not the only one that has to take care of all the sanitization but members also need to look onto some steps those are as follows:
·         Water bottle: water bottle going to gym need daily cleaning because it may contain many germs and water born bacteria.
·         Floor mate using for workout need to sanitized after every use since it touching the floor making it dirty and attracting dirt and germs.
·         Wiping equipments: wiping equipment before every use will reduces its germs and dirt quantity leads less infection.
·         Hands cleaning: keeping hands clean is the easiest way of keep yourself away from infection and germs. since hands are the major commuter of germs.
·         Gym clothes: after one use gym clothes should not be repeated before washing, as sweat give birth to lots of bacteria helping in infection and bad health.
·         Avoid going to gym if already had an infection because it may cause to others as well.
